PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of reducing unevenness in roasting, performing uniform heating within a short period of time, and improving the cleaning property. SOLUTION: An upper heater assembly 9 is formed into a facial heater of a quick radiant heater or a mica heater and is constituted by nipping a heat-resistant glass 9d, a thermal insulation member A9b, and a thermal insulation member B9c. A heat-resistant glass 9d side is used as a heated and cooked object side to apply heat of the heater 9a to the heated object directly.
