PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously determine a plurality of inspected points by using a plurality of sensors without interference of received signals between the sensors. SOLUTION: A vibration inspection apparatus is provided with a plurality of the sensors 70a-70d comprising an exciter for generating a vibration in a solid of an inspected object and a receiver for detecting the vibration in the solid and converting into an electrical signal, a sensor selector 80 for selecting one sensor from a plurality of the sensors 70a-70d, a signal processor 30 for amplifying the received signal, a signal analyzer 40 for analyzing the signal, a diagnosis output 50 for outputting an inspected result in the signal analyzer and a controller 60 for controlling operation of each part. The controller 60 sequentially drives the exciters of a plurality of the sensors through the sensor selector 80, eliminates the interference of the received signals between the sensors by controlling so as to sequentially process and analyze the received signals from the receivers of a plurality of the sensors, and can simultaneously determine a plurality of the inspected points.
