摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure for a crystal resonator with excellent vibration and shock resistant characteristics and suitable for a higher frequency tendency by suppressing the occurrence of distortion caused by the support structure. SOLUTION: In the support structure for the crystal resonator wherein a hole is formed to a crystal chip to form a vibration region with a thin thickness, a lead-out electrode is extended from an exciting electrode formed to both principal faces of the vibration region toward both sides of one end of the crystal chip, and both ends of the one end of the crystal chip are fixed by an adhesion member, the support structure for the crystal resonator adopts it that a notch is formed from both sides in the width direction between the one end of the crystal chip and the vibration region with the exciting electrode formed thereto to fix both sides of the one end.
