PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the intrusion of a coolant into fine holes in a laying tool for laying a cooling object when the cooling object is dipped into the coolant and cooled. SOLUTION: When the cooling object X is dipped into the coolant Y and cooled, the laying tool for laying the cooling object X is formed of a graphite material in which fine holes (h) in such a degree that the coolant Y does not intrude are made minute or eliminated.
