<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of further contributing to the prevention and suppression of unlawful dumping. <P>SOLUTION: A communication module 2 is buried in an electronic oven 1. The electronic oven 1 comprises the product information on the electronic oven 1 and user information, and acquires the information on the present position of the electronic oven 1. The communication module 2 emits a warning to users based on the user information in specified times. When the use state of the electronic oven 1 is not improved thereafter, the module sends unlawful dumping information including the product information and present position information to a monitoring center 3. Based on the unlawful dumping information, and regional information and customer information held by the center, the monitoring center 3 determines whether unlawful dumping is performed or not and, when the center determines to be unlawfully dumped, specifies a person who performed the unlawful dumping, and notifies a government office concerned to take a legal measure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
