PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attitude keeping pad enabling the operator to select a pad which suits the best to himself and adjust so that the easy-to-operate attitude according to the operator's physical size is kept, and capable of lessening the fatigue during the works and also managing well with a working site involving a high geton/getoff frequency. SOLUTION: The attitude keeping pad is equipped with a base board 1 capable of being attached removably to the inner side face of a side plate 51 forming a cab 5 of a reach fork lift and a hip pad 2 having an upper hook 23 as an engagement part capable of being engaged with a plurality of engaging parts 11 provided on the base board 1. The arrangement further includes a removable waist pad 3 in a position near the top of the base board 1 or a removable knee pad 4 in a position confronting the side plate 51 approximately, and their positions and angles are made adjustable individually.
