PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a presentable molded product integral with upholstery by preventing a corner part around a concave section or a convex section from lifting by a vacuuming effect, when a scheduled cutting part is formed projecting toward the back side of the upholstery or projecting toward the face side of the upholstery. SOLUTION: The scheduled cutting part 5 to be cut inside a primary molding die 11 after molding of a foam layer 7 and a substrate 9 integrally, is formed to be recessed toward the back side of the upholstery 1. A slit 5a is formed through the scheduled cutting part 5 in order to leak the vacuum to the outside of the primary molding die 11, when the upholstery 1 is vacuumed to the die 11.
