PURPOSE: A lower anchor structure to install a safety seat for an infant is provided not to increase weight of a seat back and to secure rigidity of the lower anchor by installing the lower anchor to a floor panel instead of a frame of the seat back. CONSTITUTION: A lower anchor structure to install a safety seat for an infant comprises an installing bracket(12), a bar(14), an installing plate(16) and a lower anchor(20a). The installing bracket on a rear surface of a seat back is installed to a floor panel. The bar is extended through a hole(18) of the installing bracket. The installing plate is formed to both ends of the bar integrally to be installed to a side panel. The lower anchor is attached to the bar integrally. Thereby, weight of the seat back is not increased and rigidity of the lower anchor is secured by installing the lower anchor to the floor panel instead of a lower end of a frame of the seat back.
