PURPOSE: A shifting operating apparatus of a manual transmission is provided to prevent noise between a changing rod and a linear ball bearing by vibration transferred to the changing rod from a dynamometer. CONSTITUTION: A shifting operating apparatus of a manual transmission includes a changing rod, a linear ball bearing and a damper(30). The changing rod is installed inside a housing of the manual transmission and moved and rotated according to an operation of a shifting lever to operate the manual transmission. The linear ball bearing is installed to a side between the changing rod and the housing of the manual transmission to guide motion and rotation of the changing rod in an axial direction. The damper is included to the other side between the changing rod and the housing of the manual transmission to prevent noise between the changing rod and the linear ball bearing. Thereby, the indoor of a vehicle is pleasant by preventing noise due to a clearance between the changing rod and the linear ball bearing.
