<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp and a transfusion device using the same, which do not require a transfusion tube to be preliminarily in an inserting condition, can keep a blocking condition for a long time and are enabled to bring the transfusion tube out from a blocked condition and into the blocked condition again only by door opening/closing motion. <P>SOLUTION: The clamps 50, 150 comprise main base parts 51, 151, elastically deforming parts 54, 154, and sub-base parts 58, 158 on which groove parts 58a, 158a, 158b to engage with engaging parts 54a, 154a, 154b are formed.
