PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more suited operation frequency management system of a processor or a blade in a bladed computer system.

SOLUTION: In one embodiment of a system or a method which manages an operation frequency in the blade base computer system, a circuit generates a control signal based on user's input to this circuit. Then, the control signal and an input frequencyare processed by a frequency synthesizer. Then, the frequency synthesizer outputs a frequency signal to be used by the processor or the blade in the computer system.
