PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line noise filter where a heat generation is small although a large DC current flows. SOLUTION: The transmission line noise filter is a filter which can be connected between a DC current (70) and an electrically charged part (80), and which attenuates AC while an incoming DC is allowed to pass. A volume forming section (50) comprises a first conductive material (11), a second conductive material (20) and a dielectric layer (30). The thickness of the first conductive material (11) is set so as to substantially suppress the temperature rise caused by the DC component of a current which flows in the first conductive material (11).
