PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting for a free access floor which can set the thickness of a double-floor part at the thickness of only a sleeper steel to secure an effective capacity under the floor or on the floor and with which the position of a joist steel stretched over the sleeper steel can be freely changed in a construction site, and to provide a free access floor structure using the fitting. SOLUTION: This fitting is formed of a short-size hut-shape steel 1 which can be put on the sleeper steel 11 formed of a rectangular steel pipe and in which lock holes 3 are formed in flanges 1c provided at lower ends of both side surfaces 1b, and pinching plates 2 formed with lock holes 4 at positions corresponding to the lock holes 3 of the flanges 1c of the short-size hut-shape steel 1.
