PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flange provided in a drain joint from being separated from the lower surface of an eaves soffit by temporarily holding the drain joint on a drain tube until an adhesive agent cures. SOLUTION: An upper connection tube 2 is provided on the upper part of the drain joint 1. A flange 3 is circumferentially provided on the upper connection tube 2 of the drain joint 1. A plurality of arms 4 are projectedly installed while facing upward from near the projected base of the upper surface of the flange 3. The upper ends of the arms 4 are projected above the upper end of the upper connection tube 2, and locking projected parts 5 projecting inward are installed at the upper ends of the arms 4. A drain tube 7 vertically passed through a balcony 6 is opposed to a hole 9 formed in an eaves soffit 8 on the lower surface of the balcony 6. The connection tube 2 of the drain joint 1 is fitted to the lower part of the drain tube 7, the flange 3 is allowed to abut on the lower surface of the eaves soffit 8 to cover the hole 9 of the eaves soffit 8, and a plurality of projected parts 5 are pressed against the outer surface of the drain tube 7, and the lower part of the drain tube 7 is adhered to the upper connection tube 2 with an adhesive agent 10.
