PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phone reception system for identifying an incoming call including hotel information of other hotels to an attendant console. SOLUTION: Hotel servers 12, 22 are connected to host computers 11, 21 of a hotel system for processing front jobs of hotels A, B and transmit/receive information to/from hotel computers. Private branch exchanges 13, 23 are connected to the hotel servers to perform phone exchange processing. The attendant console 14 is directly connected to the private branch exchange 13 to transmit/receive information in addition to the phone exchange processing. Each of the hotel servers is provided with: an information transmission/reception means that transmits/receives various information items to/from the host computers; an information storage means for storing the various information items received by the information transmission/reception means; and an information transmission control means for reading information corresponding to a request of the attendant console from the information storage means and transmitting the information to the attendant console, and the attendant console is provided with: a request entry means for entering a request; and a display control means for displaying the information sent from the information transmission control means on the basis of the request onto a display means.
