PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel for preventing static electricity which prevents the static electricity passing pads from flowing in. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel is provided with an image display part constituted of many liquid crystal cells and a signal pad part for supplying driving signals to be inputted to signal lines of the image display part, and the pad part is provided with a static preventive circuit which includes many pads connected to signal lines and thin film transistors having floating gates and connects pads to a shorting bar by static electricity flowing to pads to make pads form an equipotential value to static electricity.
