PURPOSE: A coffee bean capsule plate and a device for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the heating time of a synthetic resin sheet and improve productivity by heating and preheating the synthetic resin sheet simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: Heating plates(10,10a) moves freely right and left along a roller guide(11), and heat and preheat synthetic resin sheets(30). Support wire nets(14) are installed under the heating plates, and keep the balance of the synthetic resin sheets.
