<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snubber circuit, capable of cost reduction for a semiconductor conversion device as a whole by attaining less loss or a small number of parts, even when it is developed into high frequency, in an inverter device for converting direct current into alternating current. <P>SOLUTION: In a semiconductor bridge circuit, connected between a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a DC power supply which has a neutral position in parallel, this snubber circuit includes a first reactor between the positive electrode of the DC power supply and the positive electrode of the semiconductor bridge circuit; a second reactor between the negative electrode of the DC power supply and the negative electrode of the semiconductor bridge circuit; a first CD series circuit, consisting of a first diode and a first capacitor between the neutral position or the negative electrode of the DC power supply and the positive electrode of the semiconductor bridge circuit; a second CD series circuit, consisting of a second diode and a second capacitor between the neutral position or the positive electrode of the DC power supply and the negative electrode of the semiconductor bridge circuit; and a third capacitor, between the neutral position of the DC power supply and an AC terminal of the semiconductor bridge circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
