TWO-PART LIQUID FILLER FOR UNDERGROUND JUNCTION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-part liquid filler for underground junction having a strength required in underground junction, a water stop performance equal to that of a cement grout material, and a greatly improved handleability in work.

SOLUTION: The two-part liquid filler is injected into and fills a cavity from the inner side of the skin plate of one of shield excavators at the penetration side and acceptance side to the junction site of each of the shield excavators, thus sealing between the outer sides of the junction part. The filler is composed of liquid A mainly comprising a binder and liquid B mainly comprising a hardening accelerator.
