PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises caused by blast nozzles (fluid nozzles) of an air duct, and noises at an arbitrary point with respect to the flowing direction of an air current. SOLUTION: The outer or inner circumference of a mainstream nozzle 1 is provided with nozzles 2 having a structure which makes variable the center positions of winds blown off from outer circumferential parts of a mainstream. In the outer circumferential part of a mainstream exit cone, air is caused to flow at a speed sufficiently slower than the speed of the mainstream. The spreading outer shell part of the core of the mainstream wind 9 and the center position of the blown off wind 8 from each outer circumferential nozzle are made arbitrarily changeable. By doing this way, noises at an arbitrary point with respect to the flowing direction of the air current can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
