<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program monitoring device for a plant controller enabling an operator to retrieve a control logic figure of a target module quickly. <P>SOLUTION: A memorandum for points to be checked needed for the control logic figure displayed to a display device 1 is inputted from an input device 2. A memorandum preparation part 13 prepares a list including a sheet number and the memorandum for the points to be checked of the control logic figure to which the memorandum for the points to be checked is inputted and stores it in a data base 15.
