<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate brokerage business support system facilitating the management of keys of a building real estate for buying, selling and lease. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, in the case of making the private inspection of the building real estate, an electronic key 20 is set to a key box 10 fixed to the building real estate, and after connecting the electronic key 20 to a management server 30 through a cellphone service network and the Internet, a user ID and a PIN code are inputted to the electronic key 20. Then a key box number and an electronic key number are transmitted to the management server 30 together with the user ID and PIN code, and the user ID and the like are recorded one by one in a database.
