PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a masking tape for manufacturing a capacitor that is superior in adhesion to capacitor and can withstand metal spraying, and has heat resistance and strength enough not to be broken in a brushing step or a peeling step, and leaves no paste on the capacitor in the peeling step. SOLUTION: In the masking tape for manufacturing a capacitor where a rubber-based adhesive layer is formed on a plastic film base material, a primer layer is held between the plastic film base material and the rubber-based adhesive layer.
