PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform exclusion processing and input/output processing by switching scheduled OS according to the types of processing. SOLUTION: In a first operating system, a task management system 10 managing the scheduling of a plurality of tasks comprises: a task managing part 120 scheduled by the first operating system and managing the plurality of tasks by scheduling; and a task execution control part 130 scheduling one task by the first operating system at a higher priority than that of the task management part, when one task of the plurality of tasks is determined to be scheduled in preference to the other tasks.
