PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for supplying a check clock pulse to a semiconductor integrated circuit which supplies the fast check clock pulse from an integrated circuit check apparatus to an internal circuit in the semiconductor integrated circuit without dulling a waveform. SOLUTION: A two-input data selector/multiplexer is used and selects one of a normal clock pulse generated in the semiconductor integrated circuit and the check clock pulse supplied from the outside of the semiconductor integrated circuit in accordance with an instruction of a clock selection signal.
