PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add and exchange an additional apparatus in situ, without changing the body of a power distributing apparatus, and to make it unnecessary to consider the weather resistant performance of the additional apparatus to be attached. SOLUTION: A weather resistant terminal cover 20 which covers the terminal device of the power distributing apparatus, has an additional-apparatus housing portion which is partitioned with a partitioning board 23 from a terminal device housing portion which covers the terminal device, and houses the additional apparatus, and a housing portion cover 24 which covers the additional apparatus housing portion.
