<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food classification table which can simply and suitably judge a risk of a disease when a food is ingested or a food combination for alleviating the risk. <P>SOLUTION: The food classification table is formed by dividing foods in a row or a column into a plurality of sections with a degree of soiling blood or cleaning the blood after the food is injected and a degree of changing a concentration of the blood after the food is injected as indexes, and listing the foods conformed to attributes of the respective sections. The degree of soiling or cleaning the blood is preferable with a uric acid value in blood, a urea nitrogen value, a total protein value, a creatinine value, immunoglobulin E (IGE) value, etc., as first references. and the degree of changing the concentration of the blood is preferable with a hematocrit value (volume ratio of erythrocytes) as the first reference. The table shows the preferable food combination in the sections at diagonal positions, and the food classification of the preferable food combination can be simply known. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
