PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential pressure control valve not for leaking a refrigerant from an outer periphery of a piston driving a main valve. SOLUTION: An inner peripheral edge of an annularly formed diaphragm 8 is nipped by a main valve piston 7 and a stationary ring 9 fixed to the main valve piston 7, and an outer peripheral edge is nipped by the main valve piston 7 and a cylinder element 10 fixed to a body 1. The cylinder element 10 is constituted to slidably hold the main valve piston 7. Because the outer periphery of the main valve piston 7 is completely sealed by the diaphragm 8, inlet pressure P1 is introduced from a refrigerant introduction chamber to a piston chamber 13 only through an orifice 12, so as to stabilize a characteristic of the differential pressure control valve.
