PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve effective density which prolongs the lifetime by the aid of load leveling provided by a super-capacitor. SOLUTION: Battery-containing load leveling includes a battery element, a capacitor, an electronic control for using complementary-type controlling and complementary-type electrical discharging between the battery element and a capacitor element, a single housing for providing hermetic sealing by providing the battery element, the capacitor element and the electronic controller, and two electrodes of an anode and a cathode provided at the housing used for charging and discharging.
