<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box which has no unevenness on the bottom, has sufficient strength against the falling out of the bottom, and is simply set up from a blank of a simple form. <P>SOLUTION: The paper box consists of three pieces including a barrel frame member 1 and two bottom plate members 2 and 3, either of which can be formed by folding a strip-like cardboard blank of a simple form. The respective bottom plate members 2 and 3 are formed as a pair of rising walls 2b and 3b on both sides of bottom plates 2a and 3a. The bottom plates 2a and 3a of the respective bottom members 2 and 3 are vertically overlaid and fitted into the bottom opening of the barrel frame member 1. The respective pairs of the standing walls 2b and 3b are overlaid on the internal surfaces of separately orthogonal pairs of sidewalls 1b and 1a of the member 1. Thus the unevenness is eliminated on the bottom, and strength against the falling out of the bottom is secured by frictional resistance between the respective overlapping sidewalls 1b and 1a and the respective rising walls 2b and 3b.
