PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone terminal capable of placing a limit on a pay phone call without the need for a user to pay particular attention thereto. SOLUTION: A mobile phone terminal makes communication with a base station through an antenna 101 by way of a control channel to inform a system of its whereabouts. A call control section 111 controls a synthesizer, a MODEM, a frame processor, a CODEC, and a memory 113 to control the entire terminal by a signal from a key operation section 17. A ringer tone is outputted from a speaker 109 via an amplifier. The memory 113 is provided with storage areas for a program to execute nuisance phone control call termination processing in addition to a program to execute each function of the terminal.
