PURPOSE: A magnet block for an infant is provided, which can induce infant intelligence development and increase of interest since a block be assembled in various shapes. CONSTITUTION: A magnet block for an infant comprises: a block body(10) having a fitting portion both ends; a cap(20) in which one side is opened in order to be inserted into the fitting portion; a permanent magnet(30) accepted inside the cap; and a magnet member(40) of magnetic material in which both ends are located to the inside of cap while being exposed to the outside of the block body and to which magnetic force is delivered by a permanent magnet.
