<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely adhere a heat-shrinkable tube by easily coping with connecting parts of the middle and the end of a wire. <P>SOLUTION: A tube heating device 1 is employed which comprises a pair of chucks 5 that grip the wire of an assembly composed of the heat-shrinkable tube and the wire; a heating bath 2, having an insertion part 18 that inserts the assembly in a wire diametral direction; and a mechanism 4 that advances and retreats the pair of chucks along the heating bath 2. A product-collecting member 6 is arranged so as to freely advance and retreat, comprising a slope 25 for picking up the wire between the pair of chucks 5 and a product receiving part 26 succeeding to the inclined part. A tube-holding jig is fixable to one of the pair of chucks 5, and the tube holding jig is constituted of a cylinder to which the tip of the heat-shrinkable tube is inserted, a shaft that succeeds to the cylinder and is positioned around the chuck, and a chuck-fixing part arranged to the shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
