PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element excellent in operation stability and having a long service life. SOLUTION: The organic eletroluminescent element has one or a plurality of thin organic layers containing a light emitting layer disposed between a positive and negative electrodes. The thin organic layer provides an element containing the mixture of a material forming the thin organic layer, and a chemical compound forming a hole strap or a chemical compound forming an electronic strap.
