PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a conduction control system for a layout by suppressing an increase in a number of divisions in a track section in the layout. SOLUTION: Outer rails 21a and 21b are continued and outer rails 21c and 21d are also continued. A switch part is interlocked with tip rails 23a-23d, electrically connects or separates the outer rail 21a to/from the outer rail 21b, electrically connects or separates an inner rail 22a paired with the outer rail 21a to/from an inner rail 22b paired with the outer rail 21b, electrically connects or separates the outer rail 21c to/from the outer rail 21d, and electrically connects or separates the inner rail 22c paired with the outer rail 21c to/from an inner rail 22d paired with the outer rail 21d according to the changeover direction of the tip rails 23a-23d.
