PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a step type ground vessel is provided to easily manufacture the vessel, reduce manufacturing costs, and prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a step type ground vessel comprises the steps of: forming a bottom layer with concrete or steel; coupling step type beams(20a,20b,20c) to the bottom layer at predetermined intervals; connecting horizontal beams(30a,30b,30c) to the step type beam; installing curved steel plate and forming the outer wall of a vessel body; installing bottom panels and vertical panels; and installing a sail on the vessel body.
