FIELD: unauthorized access control means. SUBSTANCE: device made in the form of clasp has first and second parts which are meant to be secured on one and other ends of belt and incorporate means for their snap connection; second-part connection means incorporate pair of spaced arms and shell mounted for displacement between first position in which first and second parts are free for connection or disconnection by relative displacement of arms and second position in which first and second parts joined together are mainly covered with shell. In addition device is provided with seal incorporating core of at least one part and at least one deflectable member; this part is installed for locking shell in second position and for preventing its transfer from second to first position when seal is not injured.
