PURPOSE: A vegetation method for a slope using surface soil is provided to restore a damaged area eco-friendly. CONSTITUTION: The vegetation method for a slope using surface soil comprises the steps of collecting surface soil to the appointed depth from the surface of a damaged area, and forming vegetation base materials on the surface soil by mixing organic materials, then spraying to the damaged area after construction to restore eco-friendly by latent seeds and soil germs contained in the surface soil.
