PURPOSE: A wheel apparatus capable of being traveled even on curved surface of rails is provided to prevent external discharge of gas to enable pleasant coke operation to be made by installing a traveling restoration unit at door car installed at coke oven chamber to perform chamber internal repairing and open type door repairing more promptly and safely. CONSTITUTION: In door car and wheel apparatus comprising traveling rails for moving a repairing facility; a door car moved with being inserted onto the traveling rails; a wheel apparatus(50) moved along the traveling rails with being adhered to a lower part of the door car; a connection structure connected to the door car; a battery positioned at the central side surface of the connection structure to supply electric power; a lower panel which is installed at one side of the battery, and in which a hydraulic motor is installed; a traveling lever appliance installed on an upper part of one side of the lower panel; guide wheels moved side to side with being installed at both sides of a lower part of the battery; and a limit switch for preventing upward movement of the door car, the wheel apparatus capable of being traveled even on curved surface of the rails comprises a case(144) installed at one side of the wheel apparatus; a hydraulic cylinder(143) installed inside the case to vertically operate the traveling wheels; a low switch(141) installed on an upper part of the case to downward operate the traveling wheels; and a high switch(142) installed on a lower part of the case to upward operate the traveling wheels.
