FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed wheel is provided with toroidal elastic chamber on its rim with high-strength curved elastic rods enclosing the chamber crosswise wheel running surface arranged on outer surface of chamber and playing the part of wheel tire. Side limiting rings with elastic ring-like gaskets are located on outer surface of wheel rim. Said gaskets fix toroidal elastic chamber and high-strength curved elastic rods in definite position on rim of wheel. High-strength curved elastic rods are made in form of elastic bow whose end parts are L-shaped and pointed to each other. L-shaped end part of bow is located on surface of side limiting ring or on surface of elastic ring-like gasket of said ring.
