PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling an ink concentration of a rotary press are provided to collectively control ink key adjusting actuators with one-touch by connecting a main controller to a touch monitor and a PC while using a present ink key adjusting actuator. CONSTITUTION: The touch monitor(70) is equipped with an ink key fixing level input window and a level fixing cursor displayed on a position matched with the fixed level of the ink key fixing level input screen. The PC realizes the ink key adjusting screen to the touch monitor by linking with the touch monitor. A printer main controller(92) is equipped with a communication circuit(93), an ink key operation controlling circuit(94), and a power circuit(95). The communication circuit respectively communicates an operation controlling signal with the PC and the ink key adjusting actuator controlling circuits(56) installed to a print unit(30a). The ink key operation controlling circuit respectively controls the ink key adjusting actuator controlling circuit by an ink key adjustment controlling signal inputted from the touch monitor.
