Individual current control units are provided to respective motor winding systems of a multi-winding motor that constitutes a hoisting machine (6) for lifting/lowering a cage (8) to give the same torque instruction, and thetaa and thetab obtained by respectively adding magnetic pole adjustment elements (thetaadja, thetaadjb) to an output (theta) from a rotation detector (10) are given to a 3-phase/2-phase converter and a 2-phase/3-phase converter to thereby control a q-axis current uniformly and control a magnetic flux in each system to be equal, whereby it is possible to improve a current imbalance between motor winding systems. |
