<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic green sheet wherein variation in its thickness is effectively inhibited, even if it is thin. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic green sheet comprises 100pts.mass inorganic powder and 8-20pts.mass binder comprising a polyalkylene imine with a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-500,000. A ceramic slurry shows a decreased viscosity and a yield value and an improved leveling property when applied onto a base film. In the ceramic green sheet obtained by drying this slurry, the variation in its thickness is effectively inhibited, even if it is thin.
