PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a method for conducting a conductive molecular thin film and a metallic electrode, and to provide a configuration that even when the conductive molecular thin film is cut, another part is made conductive. SOLUTION: This conductive organic thin film is configured by forming at least a pair of electrodes (21, 22) on the surface of a substrate, and forming a covalent molecular film (13) on the surface of the substrate between the electrodes (21, 22), and making an organic molecule configuring the molecular film (13) contain a conjugate coupled group, and polymerizing the conjugate coupled group with the conjugate coupled group of another molecule. The pair of electrodes (21, 22) are provided with parts whose inter-electrode distances are different. The electrodes (21, 22) are preferentially shaped like a comb. Thus, it is possible to ensure much more electric contact sites between the molecular thin film and the electrodes with a larger area, and to make much more current capacities run. Also, it is possible to provide the structural body whose self-repair is made possible when any defect is generated in the conductive organic thin film or any conductive path is removed.
