PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve moving accuracy of a moving member of a lens barrel, to improve productivity and to provide a miniaturized lens barrel. SOLUTION: The lens barrel is constituted of a fixed tube, a cam tube arranged near the inside or the outside of the fixed tube and a linearly moving tube arranged near an inner face or an outer face of the fixed tube. In the lens barrel, a guiding means which performs linear motion guiding of the linearly moving tube also serves as a rotation guiding means of the cam tube. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
