PURPOSE: A data storing and outputting apparatus of an ascending/descending blackboard is provided to store content displayed on an ascending/descending blackboard and a lecture voice and selectively output the stored data. CONSTITUTION: A writing pen(2) sends an infrared ray, data, according to a writing trajectory. A transmitting/receiving unit(3) standing vertically at one side of an ascending/descending blackboard(1) receives the infrared ray transmitted from the writing pen(2) and sends it. A microphone(4) receives and transmits a voice of a lecturer. A memory unit(51) stores written data and voice data inputted from a transmitting unit(32) and from the microphone(4). An output transmitting unit(52) outputs data stored in the memory unit(51) to an external device.
