<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately manufacturing, in a simple manner, a silicone blanket suitable for precision printing. <P>SOLUTION: A first sheet 11 including a cured or semi-cured elastomer layer 13 is formed by applying a liquefied silicone-based elastomer on a first film base 12 and stationarily placing it. On the other hand, a second sheet 14 including an uncured or semi-cured elastomer layer 16 is formed by applying the liquefied silicone-based elastomer on a second film base 15 and stationarily placing it. Then, the first and second sheets 11 and 14 are compression-bonded between their elastomer layers 13 and 16 and stationarily placed, thereby bonding both sheets.
