PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient rain cover implement of a vending machine which normally gives the waterproof protection of electrical equipment equipped inside the machine as the accessory of the vending machine and is used as a rain cover at the maintenance work of merchandise replenishment and money recovery, etc., performed in the rain. SOLUTION: A foldable waterproof sheet 6 is turned to a base material and a magnet sheet 7 is stuck to two sides around it. Normally the waterproof sheet 6 is attached to the back surface of an outer door 2 to cover the electrical equipment 5 such as a coin mechanism and give the waterproof protection. At opening the outer door 2 and performing the maintenance work of the merchandise replenishment and the money recovery, etc., when it is raining, the waterproof sheet 6 is detached from the door back surface and spread, the magnet sheet 7 is attracted and fixed to the upper edge of the opened outer door 2 and the top plate of a cabinet 1, and the waterproof sheet 6 is used as the rain cover for an operator.
