PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compiler device and an allocation determination method for optimizing the determination of allocation for variables in a stacked area. SOLUTION: This compiler device selects data to be determined its allocation sequentially from a set X of a plurality of data comprising a plurality of data attributes, in response to the first criteria defined, on the basis of any of the plurality of the data attributes; tries to determine the allocation of the selected data in a memory area whenever data is selected; selects the data to be excluded from the selected data, in response to the second criteria different from the data attribute used for the first criteria, if the allocation of the data cannot be determined; and repeats the processing to select data to be determined the allocation sequentially from the data set X, except for the data to be excluded in response to the first criteria, until the allocation of all data of the data set X, except the data to be excluded, is determined to be stored in the memory area.
