PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier plate of a window regulator which facilitates the alignment of a glass holder and enables the easy assembling of glass even in a state with no glass run. SOLUTION: The carrier plate 10 is equipped with right and left holder mounting parts 19 and 20 for mounting the glass holder H, a cable locking part 18 to which operating cables 61 and 62 are locked, and a slider 13 which slides along a guide rail 32; the left-side holder mounting part 19 is equipped with a fixing wall 55 on which the backside of the glass holder H abuts, a step 51 at the upper end of the fixing wall 55, a backside guide 52 at the rear end of the step 51, side walls 58 which are raised on the right and left sides of the fixing wall 55, and a front wall 59 in front of the side walls 58; and the inner surface of the side wall 58 is taperd in such a manner as to be made narrower downward.
